Whoa, what’s with all the unbridled on-site animus of late? The really wonky thing being that Bags authors are doing the bulk of the brawling. Emory’s gonna have a helluva time putting a positive PR spin on all the penny-ante bickering & pie-throwing. So please remember: we’re all on the same team, even if we’re coming from opposite ends of the ideational continuum. Play hard, but ultimately, play nice.

There are three Wire writers on board already (Brian, Phil and myself) and I know that several others read the site regularly. More the merrier, I say. Best behaviour, Richard? Since when have I been anything other than the perfect (pretentious, effete..) gentleman? (except with the wonkers - thanks Chloe Webb - who won't use their real name when they want to take a shot at someone). But you're right, Richard - where are the GIRLS?!
